Beginning Sept. 7th CMBW will be having Kundalini Yoga the first and third Thursday of every month with Lia Lillia Rising. Haribol! Free community event for the whole family! All are welcome to our monthly Sacred Kirtan event every first Friday of the month at The Center! There will be energy sharing, mantra chanting, and meditation through movement!
