Parson has been in the world of wellness for over half his life. He began by studying meditation, which lead him down the path of health & healing. He studied at the Academy of Massage and Bodywork, where he received his license in massage. Since then Parson has studied in many forms of bodywork, including Structural Integration and Healing Touch. He has been teaching meditation for years and continues to practice regularly.
Neil began studying yoga in 1976, and after six months in teacher training at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, he started teaching in 1981. He has attended workshops in a variety of yogic traditions, and is certified in the tradition of Anusara Yoga from Willow Street Yoga in Washington, D.C. Since 1988, Neil has attended Vipassana Meditation retreats, and studied meditation with Shinzen Young. Neil is also a certified Rolfer. Neil applies his extensive knowledge of the body learned from Rolfing and yoga and his meditative experience to create healing yoga classes with an emphasis on meditation.

In addition to studying with Bob Davis and Kathleen Wright, since 1994, Michael has been in the teacher training program of Joan White, one of only seven senior-level Iyengar instructors in the U.S. Michael's classes emphasize the essentials of Iyengar yoga -- focused attention on breathing and precise postural alignment -- in a supportive and fun atmosphere. After her return to Delaware, Amala began teaching Hatha Yoga, and studying with Joan White, one of the country's senior-level Iyengar instructors. Amala also completed a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga. Through her experience with diverse styles of yoga, Amala has developed a deep appreciation of the mind/body connection. In her teaching, she emphasizes the smooth flow from one posture to another.
Julett is a professional and lifelong learner. Recently, she has developed an deep interest and appreciation for Massage, Bodywork, Meditation, and Yoga and its connection to mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Julett achieved her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education (Elementary & Secondary) with a concentration in Counseling.

Donna has been practicing meditation since the 1970s and is authorized to teach meditation by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, having completed the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and the Mindfulness Mentor Training program.
