Parson Kion-Crosby: Massage, Bodywork & Meditation

Parson has been in the world of wellness for over half his life. He began by studying meditation, which lead him down the path of health & healing. He studied at the Academy of Massage and Bodywork, where he received his license in massage. Since then Parson has studied in many forms of bodywork, including Structural Integration and Healing Touch. He has been teaching meditation for years and continues to practice regularly.

Neil Meisel: Yoga, Meditation & Rolfing

 Neil began studying yoga in 1976, and after six months in teacher training at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco, he started teaching in 1981. He has attended workshops in a variety of yogic traditions, and is certified in the tradition of Anusara Yoga from Willow Street Yoga in Washington, D.C. Since 1988, Neil has attended Vipassana Meditation retreats, and studied meditation with Shinzen Young. Neil is also a certified Rolfer. Neil applies his extensive knowledge of the body learned from Rolfing and yoga and his meditative experience to create healing yoga classes with an emphasis on meditation.

Bryan Davis began studying Yang T’ai Chi Ch’uan in 1983.  His primary teacher is Ray Hayward, adopted son and disciple of Master T.T. Liang.  He has been certified to teach all aspects of Yang Style by Sifu Hayward and Master Liang.  He has been operating his own school Twin Willows T’ai Chi Ch’uan for 30 years.  He is a 7th Generation 

  

Bryan Davis began studying Yang T’ai Chi Ch’uan in 1983.  His primary teacher is Ray Hayward, adopted son and disciple of Master T.T. Liang.  He has been certified to teach all aspects of Yang Style by Sifu Hayward and Master Liang.  He has been operating his own school Twin Willows T’ai Chi Ch’uan for 30 years.  He is a 7th Generation Disciple and Lineage holder.  In conjunction with the Yang Solo Form, Bryan teaches all the traditional weapons of T’ai Chi as well as Ch’i Kung, Applications, Push Hands, and Two-Person forms.  Bryan has also studied Pa Kua, Hsing-I, Praying Mantis and various other Shaolin empty hand and weapons forms from his teacher.  Additionally, he obtained a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.  His classes cover all aspects of Yang T’ai Chi from the meditative to the martial, focusing on breath, balance, relaxation, and function.

 Amala began studying yoga in 1973, with Bob Davis. After moving to California, she studied at the Institute for Yoga Teacher Education (IYTE), and studied Vinyasa with Richard Miller. While in Maui, she studied Vipasana Meditation with Joseph Goldstein, and Ashtanga with David Williams. After her return to Delaware, Amala began teaching 

 Amala began studying yoga in 1973, with Bob Davis. After moving to California, she studied at the Institute for Yoga Teacher Education (IYTE), and studied Vinyasa with Richard Miller. While in Maui, she studied Vipasana Meditation with Joseph Goldstein, and Ashtanga with David Williams. After her return to Delaware, Amala began teaching Hatha Yoga, and studying with Joan White, one of the country's senior-level Iyengar instructors. Amala also completed a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga.  Through her experience with diverse styles of yoga, Amala has developed a deep appreciation of the mind/body connection. In her teaching, she emphasizes the smooth flow from one posture to another.

Julett is a professional and lifelong learner. Recently, she has developed an deep interest and appreciation for Massage, Bodywork, Meditation, and Yoga and its connection to mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Julett achieved her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education (Elementary & Secondary) with a concentration in Counseling.
